Shipping Policy for TnE Creations

Thank you for shopping with TnE Creations.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time

After processing, shipping time depends on the carrier selected at checkout and the customer’s location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delays may happen due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, or other factors outside our control.

If a significant shipping delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. FTC rules require sellers to have a reasonable basis for shipment promises, and if a promised shipping time cannot be met, customers generally must be notified and given the option to consent to the delay or receive a refund for unshipped merchandise.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. TnE Creations is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, transit issues may be outside our control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for carrier-marked delivered packages, stolen mail, or delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

7. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
