Do your acrylic blanks come with protective film?

Our acrylic blanks include a protective film or masking on one or both sides to help prevent scratches during shipping. Please remove it before use if needed.

Are your blanks ready to use?

Yes, but customers are responsible for making sure the blank works for their intended machine, hardware, adhesive, attachment method, or project.

Can sizes vary slightly?

Yes. Slight variation in measurements, edge finish, or appearance can happen during manufacturing and cutting.

How long does processing take?

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days after paid order is received unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All custom orders depend on what and how many are ordered and will be discussed prior to having customer pay.

Do you accept returns?

Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Some items, especially custom or made-to-order items, may not be returnable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
