Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy for TnE Creations
Effective Date: January 01 2026

At TnE Creations, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging if possible

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Custom or personalized items

• Made-to-order items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Items that have been used, altered, painted, glued, drilled, damaged, or modified after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dboldt@tnecreations.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or incorrect, or if we specifically approve an exchange.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once production, packing, or shipping has started, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

8. Natural Variation

Because acrylic blanks and craft materials may have slight differences in cut edge, finish, color tone, backing, protective film, or batch appearance, minor variation alone is not considered damage or defect.
